Dice Fire Limited t/a www.tnplshop.co.uk only offer a refund in the event of your goods being damaged and we do not have an alternative product to offer you. We must be notified within seven working days(7) from the day after that on which the goods are received.
If you purchase the item and change your mind, you may return the item at your expense to our address below. The goods must be return in their original condition in the original packaging. You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price of the item only.
Once contact has been made for both Damages and Returns, we will issue you with an RMA number. This must be displayed on the adress label in order that we can process the return and issue the refund. Any goods returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. For all claims, you have a seven(7) day "Cooling Off" period. We must be notified within seven working days(7) from the day after that on which the goods are received.
